Quoted in the German newspaper, “The People’s Newspaper”, Schultz says:

“The nice thing about the Berlin of today is that it deals so intensively with the Berlin of tomorrow and so restlessly strives forwards. There are few cities and townspeople who forge plans as starved as Berlin and Berliners. As a result, they miss something, to enjoy the beauty that is already there, and do not understand enough the art of making it shimmer. Much is already there, only Berlin had to bring it to life even more.”
