Saugatuck Socials: Women & the Vote

May 21, 2020 @ 5:00 pm 5:30 pm

Celebrate Women’s History as we continue to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the 19th Amendment. Enjoy readings related to women, both notable and unknown, from our past.

The Westport Historical Society, now the Westport Museum, began in Saugatuck in 1889. Members read interesting historical documents aloud or shared local stories. We invite you to join us virtually for a drink and a nibble while we share stories, poems, historic essays and music with the rest of our community.

Have a women’s history story of your own? Share it with us online!
